On December 21,2016 the Louisiana Public Service Commission met in New Orleans. One agenda item discused will impact all Entergy Louisiana customers. Due to a nuclear power plant mistake at the Waterford 3 facility customers will receive a credit on their January 2017 bill to help compensate for the costs associated with correcting the costly nuclear power plant mistake.
