On July  27th,  2012 the Alliance for Affordable Energy released its Louisiana Solar Leasing report. It was created to address customer complaints against two Louisiana solar companies, but more importantly to suggest to the Solar industry in general, that there needs to be a standardized check list of pertinent information available to their customers, and that the solar companies in Louisiana should provide this information as a stewardship of good business practices.
